Situated above the parking of Ibn Battuta Mall, the project transformed the entire area into a sprawling playground featuring a cutting-edge tech center for football enthusiasts alongside a beautiful restaurant and bar offering top-quality English cuisine.
Project Challenges
The Coterie Restaurant & Precision Football Academy project presented a unique challenge. Aujan was provided with images by the client; and hence, it was required to develop the entire project from material selection to concept development and execution by the Aujan team. Converting 2D images into a 3D reality demanded meticulous planning and precise execution. Customization of materials, intricate woodwork, wall patterns, and brass electroplated metal claddings added complexity, requiring the team’s unwavering dedication.
Collaboration and Execution

Aujan Interiors handled the entire development of design and execution in-house, effectively communicating with the client and ensuring alignment with their vision. Light & Lives illuminated the space with cutting-edge lighting, and AK Cladding provided top-tier roofing. Levels contributed an immersive music system, Pixcom enhanced visual experiences with LED screens, and Bagno Design supplied luxurious sanitaryware.
