Coterie restaurant & Precision project, is truly a standout achievement in the realm of high-end interior fitout. The primary objective behind this remarkable project was to create a cozy and inviting facility that not only provides a unique experience but also contributes to the local community. The Coterie restaurant project was built above the parking of Ibn Battuta Mall, transforming the entire parking area into a sprawling playground equipped with a cutting-edge tech center for football enthusiasts. The project also includes a beautiful restaurant with a bar, offering English cuisine of the highest quality. It’s a facility that draws people to the mall, offering delicious food and a space for kids to learn and practice football – particularly focusing on new football technologies.
Aujan had to develop the entire project, including material selection, concept development, and execution. This meant turning 2D images into a tangible 3D reality, and it was an incredibly demanding task. The challenge extended to the execution stage as well, where we had a tight timeframe to ensure everything matched the 3D renders precisely. There were certain materials and designs that needed to be customised, such as the intricate woodwork, wall patterns, and brass electroplated metal claddings. Additionally, all the joinery seen in the venue was custom-made to suit the project’s unique requirements. Overcoming these challenges required meticulous planning, precise execution, and unwavering dedication from our team.
The Coterie restaurant & Precision Football project is a testament to our commitment to innovation and creativity in design concepts and material selection. The facility features innovative football-related elements and creatively designed walls that serve as practice areas. The fitout goes beyond the ordinary, providing unique spaces for people to try out new things. Sustainability is a top priority, and we’ve integrated sustainable practices into the Coterie restaurant project. Aujan followed Green Star rating guidelines for materials, as well as energy-efficient solutions for air conditioning and lighting. This sustainable approach not only aligns with global environmental goals but also reflects our commitment to ethical practices.
